American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., Inc. (“ASC”) issues a Letter of Agreement/Statement of Work (“Contract”) to all potential clients who request a quote. Once a potential client signs the Contract, ASC delivers all services listed within the Contract within the agreed upon timeframe.

All sales are final upon the signing of the Contract. ASC WILL NOT issue any refund or recognize any cancellation once a Contract is signed and/or payment is made.
