Terms of Service

American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., Inc. (“ASC”) issues a Letter of Agreement/Statement of Work (“Contract”) to all potential clients who request a quote. Once a potential client signs the Contract, ASC delivers all services listed within the Contract within the agreed upon timeframe.

All sales are final upon the signing of the Contract. ASC WILL NOT issue any refund or recognize any cancellation once a Contract is signed and/or payment is made.

• Refund policy: Refunds are not issued for any reason after a contract is signed and/or payment is made.
• Delivery policy: Not applicable as no physical goods are sold or shipped.
• Return policy: Not applicable as no physical goods are sold or shipped.
• Cancellation policy: Cancellations will not be recognized for any reason after a contract is signed and/or payment is made.
